§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms of Service set out the rules for the provision of electronic services through the feelink web application, available at my.feelink.app (hereinafter: the "Application").
- The Service Provider is BBest24 OÜ, registered at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, entered in the Estonian Commercial Register (Äriregister) under number 14878717, EU VAT number: EE102221596 (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
- The Service Provider can be contacted at the following e-mail address: contact@feelink.app.
- These Terms of Service are made available free of charge at feelink.app/en/terms-of-service in a manner allowing their retrieval, reproduction, and storage.
- Legal basis for the provision of services:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR);
- Estonian Information Society Services Act (Infoühiskonna teenuse seadus - ITS);
- Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus - VÕS).
§ 2. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms of Service have the following meanings:
- Application - the feelink web application, available at my.feelink.app, operating as a Progressive Web App (PWA), enabling well-being and treatment monitoring.
- Service - the electronic service provided by the Service Provider to the User through the Application, comprising maintaining a well-being diary, generating analytics, reports, and data export.
- User - a natural person who has created an Account in the Application and uses the Service.
- Account - an individual, password-protected User profile in the Application, created during the registration process.
- Entry - a single daily record of data entered by the User into the Application, including information about well-being, treatment, vital signs, and day context.
- Health Data - a special category of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR, comprising data relating to the User's physical and mental health.
- Report - an analytical summary generated by the Application based on the User's Entries, presenting indicators, charts, correlations, and summaries.
- Terms of Service - this document setting out the rules for the provision of the Service.
§ 3. Type and scope of services
- The Service Provider provides the following services through the Application:
- Well-being diary - the ability to record daily data on well-being, symptoms, treatment, vital signs, sleep, physical activity, and day context;
- Analytics - automatic calculation of indicators (KPIs), chart generation, weekly analyses, statistical correlations, and text summaries;
- Reports - generation of structured reports intended for use by the User, including for presentation to a physician;
- Data export - the ability to download User data in CSV, XLSX, Markdown formats and to generate PDF reports;
- Observer system - the ability to share an assessment form with a close person.
- The services are provided in a mixed model: some features are available free of charge under the Free plan, while selected premium features are available for a fee as subscriptions or one-time digital services.
- The current scope of Free features, premium features, prices, billing currencies, and billing cycles is presented in the Application and on the feelink information pages.
- At public launch, the Service Provider offers the Free plan and the Pro plan. Information about non-public plans (for example technical or test plans) does not constitute a public offer for end users.
- Prices shown on the website and in the Application are gross prices (VAT included). The final checkout amount may depend on the User's billing country and tax rules calculated by Stripe Tax.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the User in the subscription management portal or otherwise in accordance with the rules shown in the Application.
- Subscription cancellation is handled through Stripe Customer Portal available from the Application. After cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the paid billing period, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
- The Service Provider may offer one-time digital services (for example, a one-time PDF report) billed separately from subscriptions.
- Refund and payment complaints are handled individually in accordance with applicable consumer law and payment operator rules.
- For digital services started immediately after purchase, the User may be asked to provide explicit consent to begin service delivery before the withdrawal deadline and acknowledge the legal effects of that consent.
- Payments are processed via Stripe Technology Europe, Limited or affiliated Stripe entities acting as the payment infrastructure provider.
- The Service Provider does not display advertisements in the Application and does not sell User data to third parties.
§ 4. Conditions for using the Service
- Using the Service requires:
- a device with Internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone);
- an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled;
- an active e-mail address;
- acceptance of cookies necessary for the operation of the Application.
- To start using the Service, the User registers an Account by providing an e-mail address and setting a password.
- Registration requires:
- reading and accepting these Terms of Service;
- reading the Privacy Policy;
- giving explicit consent to the processing of Health Data (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
- The service agreement is concluded upon completion of the registration process.
§ 5. Medical disclaimer
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: feelink is NOT a medical device.
- The feelink application is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).
- The Application does not make medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnoses.
- The Application does not recommend treatment, does not suggest medication dosages, and does not issue therapeutic recommendations.
- The Application does not replace a medical consultation, a visit to a psychiatrist, psychologist, or any other specialist.
- All data presented in the Application is intended solely for self-observation purposes and is informational in nature.
- All treatment decisions are made exclusively by the attending physician.
- Statistical correlations do not constitute evidence of a causal relationship.
- In the event of alarming symptoms or deterioration in health, the User should immediately contact a physician.
§ 6. User rights and obligations
- The User undertakes to:
- provide truthful data during Account registration;
- keep the password confidential and not share it with third parties;
- immediately notify the Service Provider in case of suspected unauthorised access;
- use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law;
- refrain from actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Application.
- The User has the right to:
- use the features available under the active plan or purchased one-time digital service;
- export their data at any time, including always-available portability export in CSV and JSON formats;
- delete their Account and all associated data;
- file complaints in accordance with § 9;
- exercise rights under the GDPR as described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 7. Service Provider rights and obligations
- The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Application is available continuously, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to:
- temporarily suspend availability for maintenance purposes;
- introduce changes to the Application's functionality;
- send technical notifications related to the operation of the Service.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- interruptions resulting from causes beyond the Service Provider's control;
- consequences of the User's interpretation of data;
- medical decisions made on the basis of data from the Application;
- loss of data resulting from the User's actions.
§ 8. Intellectual property
- Intellectual property rights to the Application belong to the Service Provider.
- Data entered by the User (Entries) remains the property of the User. The User may export or delete it at any time.
- The Service Provider does not use User data for purposes other than providing the Service.
§ 9. Complaints
- Complaints should be sent to the following e-mail address: contact@feelink.app.
- A complaint should include: the User's e-mail address, a description of the problem, and the date of occurrence.
- The Service Provider shall process complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§ 10. Termination of agreement and Account deletion
- The User may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting their Account.
- Account deletion is available in the Application settings or by sending a request to: privacy@feelink.app.
- Account deletion results in the permanent deletion of all User data. This operation is irreversible.
- Data will be deleted within 30 days of Account deletion.
- Before deleting the Account, the User should export their data if they wish to keep it.
§ 11. Changes to the Terms of Service
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service for important reasons, in particular changes in legislation or the scope of the Service.
- The Service Provider shall notify Users of changes at least 14 days in advance by electronic means.
- A User who does not accept the changes has the right to terminate the agreement and delete their Account before the changes take effect.
§ 12. Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the laws of Estonia and European Union law shall apply.
- Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Tallinn (Estonia), provided that a consumer residing in the European Union may bring proceedings before the competent court of their place of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
- A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, including the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- These Terms of Service enter into force on 1 April 2026.
