What is feelink and how does it work?
feelink is a free app for daily wellbeing and treatment monitoring. You fill in a short form (2-3 minutes daily), and the app analyzes your data, detects patterns, and generates reports to discuss with your doctor. It tracks wellbeing, treatment, sleep, rebound, vital signs, activity, and more - all in one place.
Is feelink free?
Yes. The basic version is and will remain free. We don't profit from your data - it belongs to you. We don't display ads.
Is this only for people with ADHD?
We currently focus on ADHD treatment monitoring (including methylphenidate treatment), but the tool is useful for anyone who wants to systematically track their wellbeing and share data with a doctor or therapist. We're working on expanding the scope.
What exactly does the app track?
Over 70 parameters across categories: wellbeing and emotions (mood, anxiety, stress, focus - morning, daytime, and evening), treatment (dose, timing, effectiveness, protein breakfast), rebound (occurrence, severity, profile, duration), vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate - before and after medication), sleep (hours, quality, timing), physical activity, substances (caffeine, alcohol), side effects, and alarm symptoms. You don't have to fill in everything - complete as many fields as you want.
How long does the daily entry take?
2-3 minutes. The form is designed to be fast even on a phone - sliders, dropdowns, and toggles instead of typing. You don't have to fill in all fields - complete as many as you want.
What is the observer feature?
The observer is someone close to you (partner, parent, housemate) who assesses your daily functioning from an external perspective. You generate a unique link in the app settings and share it with your observer. Without registration or login, the observer fills a short form rating 6 areas: general functioning, focus, emotional regulation, calmness, communication, and task completion. Their assessments appear in your analytics, allowing you to compare your self-assessment with the perspective of someone who sees you every day.
What analytics and reports does feelink offer?
The app automatically calculates over 17 KPI indicators, including response score (overall therapy effectiveness 0-100), medication adherence, average wellbeing, rebound frequency, and vital sign trends. It generates weekly summaries, correlation analyses (what affects your wellbeing), clinical narrative for your doctor, and over 30 interactive charts. You can download a PDF report (5 types - check-up visit, dose change, full history, formal documentation, patient summary) or export data in CSV, XLSX, or Markdown.
Can I show the data to my doctor?
Of course - that's one of the main purposes of the app! In the Export tab, you can generate a PDF report tailored to the situation (check-up visit, dose change, documentation), download data in XLSX for analysis or Markdown for printing. The report includes key indicators, weekly trends, clinical narrative, and observer data. We're also working on a portal for doctors.
Is feelink a medical application?
No. feelink is a self-observation tool that helps you document your wellbeing and share data with your doctor. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace medical consultation. Every therapeutic decision should be made together with your attending physician.
Does the app work on a phone?
Yes. feelink is a Progressive Web App (PWA) - install it on your phone like a regular app from the browser, no app store download needed. Works on iOS, Android, and desktop.
What languages is the app available in?
feelink is available in Polish and English. The language is automatically detected from your browser settings on first visit, and you can change it anytime in the app settings.
Is my health data secure?
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union, protected by TLS encryption and database-level isolation (Row Level Security). Each user sees only their own entries. We comply with GDPR requirements. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
How can I delete my data?
In your account settings, you'll find the option to delete all data. Under GDPR, you have full rights to delete, export, and transfer your data. You can also write to us at prywatnosc@feelink.app.
